One Size Does Not Fit All
There is a tremendous amount of need in the world today, need that is being filled every day by hundreds of thousands of Nonprofit organizations around the world. Case management software exists to help nonprofits meet that need head-on, providing important operational, reporting and outcomes measurement capabilities. But as we surveyed the state of case management software products, we found that many products are focused on very large nonprofits. Products built to serve nonprofits with dozens of programs across many locations can be challenging for a small or mid-size nonprofit to use effectively. Further, they often require an expensive and time-consuming custom implementation to meet the needs of a new organization.
We’ve developed Apricot from the ground up as a flexible and easy-to-use case management solution designed to meet the needs of today’s nonprofit. And it’s ready to go without expensive customization.
I’m very excited to announce that this month we are rolling out a completely new approach to Apricot implementation. We have redesigned our implementation process around the best practices learned over our years implementing Apricot for over 1,000 organizations. As a result, we are now able to get a new client organization up and running in Apricot faster than ever while providing them case management best practices directly in the product. And by providing standard components and modules which can be selectively activated and configured to meet an organization’s specific needs, we’re able to effectively deliver a custom solution without the cost and difficulties associated with a custom implementation.
Included in this approach is everything today’s Nonprofit organization requires for success:
- Pre-built intake forms and reports to track participant demographics
- Best practice program enrollment forms and reports to track population trends
- Easy to use service tracking forms and reports to track service delivery

An Innovative Approach to Implementation
Once you’ve decided to partner with Apricot, our expert implementation team will work with you to identify what components of Apricot are best suited for delivering your organization’s mission. Our team will work with you to activate and demonstrate all the features of your new Apricot site.
Our goal is to allow our clients to feel educated and empowered within Apricot. Each Apricot administrator seat includes one class per year in our highly reviewed Apricot Administrator Virtual Training class. Each named Apricot Administrator will go through the training during the implementation process. This enables them to immediately apply their newfound knowledge to the configuration of their organization’s Apricot site, ensuring the needs of the organization are met.
