Ballmer Group
Enhancing performance outcomes in the social sector through data professionalism and standardization.
Increasing impact, together.
We are ecstatic to partner with Ballmer Group — the philanthropic organization co-founded by Connie and Steve Ballmer — to enhance performance outcomes in the social sector through data professionalism and standardization. Through this partnership, Ballmer Group and Social Solutions are improving economic mobility for American families by providing matching grants to make Social Solution’s Apricot software more affordable for nonprofit and public agencies.
Additionally, the partnership expands Apricot’s feature set to bring even greater analytic power, helping these organizations measure their outcomes and further prove their impact with the community.
“We are making our largest commitment yet to improving data use for nonprofit, education and social services work, and we hope this acceleration of innovation will really help these organizations more effectively serve kids and their families.”
STEVE BALLMER
“Social service organizations can often be 20 years behind the private sector in the availability and use of data and technology, and so… we want to support leaders in this field like Social Solutions.”
