Flexible Paid Time Off

In order to enhance our work hard, play hard culture and empower employees to live a well-balanced life, we offer flexible paid time off. In addition, we recognize 8 paid holidays each year and every employee receives 8 hours of paid time per quarter to volunteer.

100% Paid Maternity Leave

We recognize the importance of bonding with a new baby, so new mothers receive 6 weeks of fully paid maternity leave.

We offer a 401K match to help our employees invest in their future retirement.
