Our inaugural case management awards celebrate and recognize social good organizations that use data and case management software to elevate and further their mission, demonstrate community advocacy and efficiency, innovate, foster inclusivity and engagement, and draw insights from data.

Your organization is a collaborator, developing partnerships within the community. You share with other organizations and learn from each other while advocating for those you serve. As a result, your organization fuels growth and elevates your community, and your staff is doing the best work of their lives.

Your organization seeks unique ways to use data and program management technology to deeply understand the people you serve and support staff. You are willing to take risks to explore new opportunities that unlock efficiencies and further your mission.

Your organization uses data and technology to further diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within your organization and among those you serve. As a result, trends and demographics are identified so that programs are improved early on and, consequently, no one in your community is left behind.

Your organization is committed to developing a data-driven culture. You realize it’s a journey to create buy-in at every level of your organization. The Bonterra Impact Awards provide an opportunity to recognize organizations that use data and program management software in the following ways to lead lasting change.
