Josh is the Vice President of Engineering at Social Solutions, where he leads the development and innovation of Social Solutions’ case-management platforms. Through a combination of empowering a growing, high-performing team and setting architectural standards and vision, Josh has transformed and accelerated how Social Solutions delivers value to its clients.

As an engineer, innovator, and teacher at heart, Josh has spent most of his career leading and growing teams in various industries. Before joining Social Solutions in 2016, Josh worked at a startup focused on streamlining hiring in the construction industry. Prior to that, he worked in e-commerce and financial companies with a focus on user experience, scalable architectures and risk mitigation.

Josh holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. He currently lives in Austin, TX with his wife and two sons.
