Becky is the Vice President of Client Success at Social Solutions, where she leads the Client Success, Account Management, and Client Training and Development teams. She has 20+ years of experience scaling high-growth, client operations teams delivering data-driven strategies for some of the world's leading brands.

Becky was most recently VP of Merchant Success at Dosh, where she was responsible for ensuring clients realized the full potential and value of Dosh's product, data and services. She started her career working for nonprofits at the Chicago Child Care Society and Illinois Caucus for Adolescent Health. Becky pivoted to management consulting at Accenture, then high-growth SaaS organizations running client success teams at TrendKite, Circle Media and Bazaarvoice.

Becky holds a Plan II BA from the University of Texas and an MS in Human Development from the University of Chicago.
