ETO Software implementation and training is hands-on. A client’s designated administrator uses the tools in concert with Social Solutions’ staff so that knowledge and ownership of ETO Software effectively transfers organizational representatives.

Staff training is provided according to reasonable use patterns developed by Site Administrators based on their understanding the rights and responsibilities of their staff. Need to know navigation schemes allow more or less sophisticated users to be met with tools that are appropriate to their needs.
