LAYC provides health and wellness services, educational support, workplace readiness training and counseling, and classes in Art, Advocacy, and Culture. LAYC annually serves more than 2,500 Latino, African American, and other individuals, about half of whom are 15-20 years old, in the Washington-Baltimore metropolitan area.
