The National Customer Advisory Board (NAB) is a group of ETO Software customers united in advocating the adoption of quality practices for measurable social change. The NAB strives to exemplify these practices and, as a result, produce measurable change in our communities.
The NAB meets regularly to address common problems, develop tools that enhance service capacity and effectiveness, conduct case studies and produce white papers to promote the adoption of proven performance management practices. Additionally, they hold events to raise awareness of practices and activities that produce measurable impact.
The NAB meets at least once a month online and three times per year in person. NAB members are charged with the responsibility of managing their respective Regional ETO Community Groups.
