ETO Premium Implementation: Overview

Today’s social issues are vast. Addressing these issues requires more human and financial resources than are available. Therefore, maximizing the use of the resources you have is essential if you are truly dedicated to positively impacting the lives of those you serve. Making a real difference requires focus , discipline, and strategic intent.

A decision to use ETO Software® to optimize your organization’s performance is a major step in the right direction. However, ETO Software® alone doesn’t magically make your organization a high-performer. ETO Software® is simply a tool that is used by high-performing organizations. To evolve into a high-performing organization you need to have a mission that is aligned with your service provision and your reporting requirements. You need to have processes in place for monitoring and measuring the performance of your staff, efforts, programs, and the organization as a whole. And, you need processes in place that enable you to use information to continually improve your performance.

Premium Implementation differs from Standard Implementation in that is begins with a 2 day workshop which will prepare your organization to become a high-performer. It leverages a proven approach which has been used by many of our industry’s highest performing and best funded organizations. This highly collaborative workshop will take stock of your organization’s goals and objectives, the programs you offer, and the populations you serve. Discussion around your business is then used to identify a performance-oriented strategy that best supports your mission. From there, specifics will be discussed about how your organization should monitor and measure your performance, how you should implement and use ETO Software®, and how you should affect the cultural change that will be needed to succeed.
