David Hunter, Ph.D.
David leads the 2 day workshop included with ETO Premium Implementation. Since September 2006 David has been working independently, consulting to the Social (not-for-profit agencies and funders) and Public Sectors with a focus on organizational capacity building, developing strategies and theories of change, performance management, and the creation, delivery, and assessment of social value.
As Director of Evaluation and Knowledge Development at the Edna McConnell Clark Foundation, David worked with nonprofit organizations to develop clear value propositions through capacity-building theory of change workshops, and to design, implement and use performance management data systems to deliver and evaluate high quality, effective, and efficient services to children and adolescents from low-income families.
Steve Butz, President/Founder, Social Solutions
Steve has extensive experience in the human services industry and has worked for years as a counselor, teacher, and case manager. As a leading advocate for relating efforts to outcomes, he has maintained a steady focus on, and dedication to, improving data collection, outcome achievement, and accountability for his students and his programs. His commitment to outcomes measurement led him to start Social Solutions in 1999.
Vince Griffith, Vice President/Founder, Social Solutions
Vince has a diverse background in business and human services. He spent more than a decade working as a direct service provider, program manager, and strategic planner in some of the nation's most underserved communities. Today, Vince is a key member of the Social Solutions Strategic Consulting Team where he leverages his expertise to help align the service provision of an organization with its mission and the reporting expectations of their funders.
Ingvild Bjornvold, Strategic Consultant, Social Solutions
Prior to joining Social Solutions Strategic Consulting Teams, Ingvild developed the evaluation framework of Asian American LEAD, a community-based organization for at-risk Asian American Youths and their families. She has a background in international development and human rights and has worked for organizations like the Center for Development and Population Activities (CEDPA) and Amnesty International.
