Vince Griffith, Vice President and Founder
Today, as Vice President of Social Solutions, Vince leverages his human services expertise to help connect organizations’ missions to the daily work of their staff members and the expectations of their funders and supporters.

Vince has a diverse background in business and human services. He spent more than a decade working as a direct service provider, program manager, and strategic planner in some of the nation’s most underserved communities. In that role, he helped establish and direct the UPS School-to-Career Partnership, a nationally recognized model for transitioning at-risk and foster care youth to independence through training and employment.

Vince holds an MBA from Loyola College in Maryland and previously worked in Legg Mason Wood Walker’s Asset Management division for four years. Vince is married and has three children.
