Adrian Bordone, Vice President and Founder
Under Adrian’s leadership ETO Software™ has been successfully implemented in hundreds of organizations throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Adrian began his career working directly in social services, teaching underprivileged youth in Baltimore before joining The Learning Bank, in the heart of Baltimore’s economically depressed west side, as an adult education instructor. While at The Learning Bank, Adrian worked with Steve Butz, Social Solutions’ President, to develop and implement coursework and activities built on increasing students’ personal accountability and employment related skills.

Adrian transitioned from The Learning Bank to help start the Maryland Center for Arts and Technology (MCAT), a newly incorporated non-profit dedicated to improving the caliber of training and the marketability of Baltimore’s underemployed residents. Adrian rose to the position of Chief Operating Officer before helping to found Social Solutions and joining the day-to-day operations of the company in January 2001.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Adrian attended the U.S. Naval Academy and is a 1993 graduate of the University of Baltimore. He also holds a Master’s degree from St. John’s College in Annapolis. Adrian is married and has three children.
