Standard Implementation begins with defining how you will use ETO Software® to support your mission and fulfill your reporting obligations. This collaborative process will result in the creation of an ETO Software Blueprint. The blueprint will then serve as the guide for configuring your ETO Software® to best address your needs. Upon completion of the build-out, your staff will be trained and you will be ready to go live.

Premium Implementation includes 2 days of consulting that precede Standard Implementation. The consulting portion is led by independent consultant, David Hunter, formally the Director of Evaluation for the Edna McConnell Clark Foundation. Custom Implementation is an adjunct to either Standard or Premium Implementation. This service is typically selected by organizations with a dedicated technical resource who desires and in-depth understanding of ETO Software® from the ground up.

Current ETO Software® users can take advantage of our experience as human service professionals to enhance their use and configuration of their existing implementation.

ETO Performance Evaluation is performed by a member of our Strategic Consulting Team. This service will analyze your current implementation of ETO Software®, your mission, service provision, and reporting obligations.  With this information your Strategic Consultant will craft a report that will specify how you can improve your use of ETO Software® to optimize your performance.

ETO Performance Management takes ETO Performance Evaluation to the next level. This service not only provides you with a report that analyzes your current use of ETO Software® and recommends how to improve use, but will also leverage a member of the ETO Services Team to actually update your implementation to reflect those recommendations.
