Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Adrian is a 1993 graduate of the University of Baltimore and earned a Master’s degree from St. John’s College in Annapolis in 1996.

Dave Butz is the Chief Technology Officer. He joined Social Solutions in June 2001. Prior to Social Solutions, he spent 10 years working for MBNA (now Bank of America) and SunTrust Bank.

Steve joined Social Solutions in December 2008 as a contractor working in the Accounting Department In August 2010 he was promoted to CFO with responsibility for all financial, HR, and administrative functions of the company and the transition from Tech CFO.

Scott JohnsonSenior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Scott joined Social Solutions in 2011 as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Scott is managing and leading the sales and alliances teams for Social Solutions. Scott's team mission is to empower nonprofits and government entities to use ETOTM to match their efforts to their desired outcomes more effectively.

Rebecca WagmanDirector of Sales
Becca Wagman is the Director of Sales at Social Solutions. She has taken on the large role of managing the Regional Sales and Inside Sales teams. In addition to hiring, training and developing a first class sales team, she also holds the position of Executive Sponsor of National CASA.

Emily MegninDirector of Customer Support
As the first female employee, Emily Megnin is sometimes known as "Queen of Social Solutions". She currently serves as Director of Customer Support and she began her career here in 2003 when she was hired as the Office Manager.

April RoseDirector of Account Management
April is currently the Senior Director of Account Management. Prior to this, she was supporting the Sales team as the Sr. Solutions Specialist. She joined the SSI Implementation team in 2007 as an Enterprise Account Manager, and became the Director of a newly formed Integrated Youth Services team in 2009.

Lisa Goldstein

Lisa joined Social Solutions in 2007 after previously
having encountered ETO software as an end-user. This perspective
served her well in her first position within the Professional Services
