You want someone who brings a lot of experience implementing SSG products so you get your solution right the first time out of the gate. Many of our employees have worked in non-profits and public sector organizations and are as mission focused as our customers. We have aligned our services to help you get live quickly and also to help you as your organization grows and changes for long term success. PACKAGES

Whether you are implementing Apricot or ETO for the first time or have been using Apricot or ETO for over 10 years, we have made it easy for you to choose a package that makes best sense for your organization. Our professional services offerings are into three categories of service: Core, Enterprise, and Expert.

EXPERT SERVICES
Descriptions Core services are quick implementation service packages intended to get organizations up and running with ETO or Apricot software as quickly as possible. Fixed fee and fixed scope projects, these service packages are great for smaller first-time customers implementing a base solution and/or Initiators. Enterprise services are for first-time customers with more complex requirements that need more dedicated consultation through the life of their implementations. These services are designed in partnership with your goals and mission. Expert services are for customers that already have and use ETO or Apricot and are looking get more out of the solution, and/or optimize their usage. Some expert services may be added to an enterprise implementation for new customers.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CORE
IMPLEMENTATION PACKAGES

Social Solutions Global assigns your organization a project manager and consultants to implement your ETO solution. The designated Social Solutions project manager will be your point of contact for the successful implementation of your solution. The project and scope of services will conclude with the transition to the Social Solutions’ Support Team one week after go-live.
