Every day I am reminded of the challenge organizations face when they contemplate whether or not to start a project. In many instances, the team starts to think that the best course of action is to just wait. You start to hear: “There are other priorities,” “We don’t have the resources,” or “We have gone this long with what we have- what’s another month or two?” Sound familiar?
