This week’s guest blogger is Alyssa Rittenburg from Customer Support. She was recently promoted to the role of Customer Advocate, a position created to focus on customer feedback and satisfaction. Through her work in Customer Support, Alyssa already had a great handle on what our customers love and what they’d like to see improved. She is now able to combine that knowledge with the responses we receive through customer surveys to make recommendations on what we can improve in the software and services we offer.
