Social Solutions’ implementation process has been fine tuned through thousands of successful customer engagements. Each implementation leverages assessments, efforts, and outcomes from a library of best practices, which are then configured as appropriate for each client’s environment, programs, and goals. This implementation process ensures a rapid and reliable deployment which meets end user needs.
The implementation process begins with requirements gathering. During this phase, our consultants review the organization’s existing processes, programs, data gathering needs, reporting needs, and goals. Based on this information, a blueprint is developed, showing how the ETO solution will be configured in order to meet the organization’s day-to-day needs. The blueprint is used to drive a sample configuration, which is reviewed with all key stakeholders. The sample configuration is then validated with key stakeholders, adjusted as appropriate, tested, and deployed.
