Philantropy at Social Solutions

Social Solutions believes that what we do makes a difference.  We believe that the efforts of tens of thousands of counselors, mentors, case managers and volunteers who build transformative relationships with individuals, families and communities in need contribute to measureable outcomes in the lives they touch.  We believe that, when done right and documented properly, we can create positive change and intelligence to improve service models and generate sustainable funding moving forward.  We believe that passion alone is no longer sufficient in the human services sector.  It is not enough to mean well and try hard.  We must also produce results and information that fuel timely, intelligent assessment of what is working and what is not and plots a course for the next generation of practitioners to best meet the needs that we will face.  We must then act to replicate what works and fix or eliminate what does not.
