Steve Egan is the CFO of Social Solutions. He joined Social Solutions in December 2008 as a contractor working in the Accounting Department and was hired as a full time employee in May as Senior Accounting Manager. In December 2009 he was promoted to Controller and in August 2010 he was promoted to CFO with responsibility for all financial, HR, and administrative functions of the company and the transition from Tech CFO.

Prior to joining Social Solutions he served as CFO for C&J Graphics, Inc. and Controller at Baltimore Tool Works, Inc. He has extensive experience in financial restructuring, turnarounds, and debt refinancing. Steve has been in CFO or Controller roles at several other companies and prior to 1995 he had a 15 year career in commercial banking. Steve holds a BS degree from Niagara University and a MBA from Loyola University of Maryland. He passed the CPA exam and received his CPA license in 1994. He resides in Harford County (Abingdon) has been married 30 years and has three children. Steve enjoys Golf and his favorite team is the Buffalo Bills.
