Becca Wagman is the Director of Sales at Social Solutions. She has taken on the large role of managing the Regional Sales and Inside Sales teams. In addition to hiring, training and developing a first class sales team, she also holds the position of Executive Sponsor of National CASA. Becca has a degree in Social Work, and when presented with the amazing opportunity to work with so many different NonProfit organizations, and most importantly have an impact on the human service sector, she was thrilled to join the Social Solutions team in April 2011.

Prior to joining Social Solutions, Becca was the Director of Sales at a Self Publishing company and has extensive experience in various sales management roles primarily with HSBC.

Becca is a Hoosier native and graduate of Vincennes University and Indiana University, she resides in Indianapolis, Indiana but primarily works out of the Baltimore, MD office. Becca enjoys spending time with family and friends, helping others and rooting on her favorite sports team ‘the Indianapolis Colts’!!
