April Rose is currently supporting the Sales team as the Sr. Solutions Specialist.  She joined the SSI Implementation team in 2007 as an Enterprise Account Manager, became the Director of Implementation in June 2008, and the Director of a newly formed Integrated Youth Services team in 2009.

She began her career working with youth in a residential setting at Villa Maria, run by Catholic Charities. She then spent 7 years working for the House of Ruth Maryland domestic violence program in various capacities including Abuser Intervention Program Victim Coordinator, Database Manager, and Director of IT and Data Management/Director of Hotline & Community Advocates. Rose helped implement ETO software as a performance management tool for the organization in 2001. 

Rose has a BA from Goucher College in Sociology w/ Psychology, and an MA from University of MD, College Park in Juvenile Justice.  She currently lives in Baltimore with her husband, 3 daughters, teen exchange student from Brazil, and mastiff.  In her free time she enjoys chauffeuring her 3 kids to soccer, basketball, lacrosse and swim meets.  Her favorite super hero is Wonder Woman.
