Baltimore, MD – Social Solutions, the leading provider of performance management software for human services, announced plans to enhance its support for the Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP). This announcement is important to housing and homeless service providers because they will be able to meet federal reporting requirements and secure additional funding while measuring participant progression in ETO (Efforts to Outcomes™) software. This announcement is important to funders, because it means improved visibility into the efforts and outcomes that truly help participants, without additional overhead for service providers in meeting federal reporting requirements.
“This commitment ensures that our industry leading customers, such as the Cities of Boston and Cambridge, will be able to continue their ground breaking work with participant performance management,” said Matt Schubert, CEO of Social Solutions. “They will be able to track efforts, outcomes, and participant progression without having to manually compile the federally required reports.”
As part of this initiative, Social Solutions will add the ability to track HPRP housing relocation and stabilization services, along with support for the new HPRP quarterly report (QPR). Social Solutions will update client level data elements to include housing status, simplified prior residence and exit destination, and date of birth quality, and will add new program descriptor data elements such as organization name, program name, housing type, bed and unit inventory information, and target population. In addition, the company will improve its existing HMIS support by providing an updated APR & AHAR report and improved data export capabilities. The HPRP support builds on our national commitment to housing. In addition to supporting HMIS Continuums of Care (CoC), Social Solutions provides national support for Domestic Violence providers and for Public Housing Authorities.
“This is another giant leap forward for housing and homeless service providers”, said Steve Butz, Founder of Social Solutions. “We’re building on the software’s existing strengths in performance management, while also providing all of the other federally mandated information, such as unduplicated participant and family counts, service statistics, and demographic information, without hours and hours of manual effort every quarter.”
About Social Solutions and ETO Software
Social Solutions challenges and equips human service providers and their funders to turn good intent into measurable change by relating efforts to outcomes. The company’s ETO (Efforts to Outcomes) performance management software, tailored to the unique mission of each nonprofit, gives organizations a clear picture of which efforts are having the greatest impact on the social issues they strive to address. With this knowledge, organizations can reinforce what's working, adjust what isn't, and more easily report quantified successes to key stakeholders.
