Brian Groves Joins as Senior Director of Product Management

Baltimore, MD – Social Solutions, the leading provider of nonprofit performance management software for the human services sector, today announced the hiring of Brian Groves as Senior Director, Product Management.

Prior to joining Social Solutions, Groves spent the last two decades with high growth software companies including, most recently, Approva Corporation. Groves also worked at Defywire, Inc, as well as Siebel Systems, where he served as Oracle Product Line Manager for Seibel Sales, growing the company’s revenues from $100 million to $400 million in just five years. Groves also contributed to the growth at Seer Technologies, which, during his tenure, saw its revenue grossly expand in the early 1990s and go public in 1995. Early in his career, Groves also ran a fundraising office for the New Jersey Environmental Federation.

Groves holds a B.A. in computer science and a B.S. in finance from Rutgers University.
