Since 1979, LISC has connected local organizations and community leaders with resources to revitalize neighborhoods and improve quality of life. The LISC model assembles private and public resources and directs it to locally-defined priorities, to transform distressed neighborhoods into healthy and sustainable communities of choice and opportunity. Efforts to Outcomes (ETO™) software by Social Solutions provides LISC with the ability to track efforts and outcomes in over 60 sites nationwide.

ETO software is a Web-based reporting system that captures information seamlessly as the staff works. This means that the community development organizations supported by LISC are not tied up for days or weeks with reporting; they can generate outcomes reports in a matter of minutes. Using this performance management software, LISC can immediately identify who’s being served and quickly determine the impact those services are having. By design, the software facilitates collaborative, community based service efforts, and provides a wealth of information on participants and programs.
