As a platinum level ANCOR partner, Social Solutions is now offering its Efforts to Outcomes (ETO™) software to over 800 ANCOR member organizations, which serve nearly 500,000 Americans with disabilities.

ANCOR members such as Keystone Human Services and Abilities Network, can use ETO software to track services provided to their consumers, along with resulting outcomes, using pre-defined templates and reports which feed directly into the Performance Excellence benchmarking project, which is part of the ANCOR Performance Excellence Initiative (PEI).
Through this program, direct service providers can assess consumer needs and gather point of service information in the form of efforts and outcomes. They will also have access to standardized assessments, service plans, and a history of services provided, as appropriate, for the people they serve. Member organizations will be able to participate in a nationally recognized benchmarking program without additional overhead, using the effort and outcome information.
"This helps ANCOR to meet its core goal of increasing the capacity of its member organizations and the people they serve, while also supporting important national initiatives, such as the Core Indicators quality framework for states espoused by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)” says ANCOR CEO Renee Pietrangelo.
