Fan clubs are cool, right? Well we certainly think so, and that’s why we sat down with the infamous man behind ETO software, Dave Butz—to find out more about his newly formed fan club and get the scoop on what's new at Social Solutions.
The ETOlutionist: Why do you have a fan club? What do you need to do to get one of those?
Dave Butz: That is a very good question. While I am not one for self promotion, I have to say it’s flattering that many people within Social Solutions (and our customers) really appreciate our efforts behind developing and refining our ETO software. The fan club idea came from our wonderfully brilliant marketing team. How could you turn down an offer to host your own fan club? Flattery goes a long way!
E: What are you working on this week?
DB: I have been working on refining our overall ETO reporting capabilities. I am currently testing the viability of a new prototype that my colleague John Marshall created. It’s a very complex process, but the end-result will hopefully be an even better solution.
E: How do you stay focused?
DB: The mixture of great team work, caffeine and music.
